A manufacturing company was set up in lwo LSIn, Kuala Lumpur, North Central Nigeria. Its main product is steel. This company is relatively influential in the local area and has an office in Wuxi, China. In the initial stage of the steel plant, many equipment have been installed. The design of the water storage pond was planned outside the plant. The pond size was about 90 meters long, 40 meters wide, 4.5 meters high and about 16000 cubic meters. The function of the reservoir was to cool the high-temperature water for steelmaking and achieve the purpose of recycling. Because of the drought and water shortage in Nigeria, the pond built in the open air could collect a lot of rainwater in the rainy season, so as to achieve the purpose of saving fresh water resources and reusing rainwater. According to the project design, it needed to use HDPE liner to play the role of waterproof and anti-seepage, and the service life should be more than 20 years. Long term exposure to sunlight required high quality of HDPE geomembrane liner, and required anti ultraviolet and anti-aging properties to increase the service life of HDPE polythene sheet. The customer didn’t know much about HDPE polythene sheet, and didn’t know how to install it, and there was no local engineer who could weld HDPE liner, so he also hoped that we could provide installation services to help him solve this problem.

The raw materials are guaranteed to use 100% virgin materials, and the service life is more than 30 years. BPM HDPE liner is still durable even if it is exposed to high temperature for a long time.
