HDPE Geomembrana, also know as HDPE Geomembrane, is a kind of geotechnical material in waterproofing or waste containment projects or groundwater pollution control system, like solid-material landfill bioreactor. In the landfill project, anti seepage protection from groundwater contamination is the main concern. The moisture in the upcoming materials augmented by rainfall or snowmelt interacting with the already placed waste, the leachate flows gravitationally downwards will become pollution if without HDPE geomembrana lining system. In this case, HDPE geomembrana has the advantages of longer lifespan, UV resistance, higher tear resistance, it was designed into the landfill system as landfill liner beneath the waste and closure system above the waste respectively.

BPM HDPE geommebran liner tested by TRI can 100% get up to client requirement or even 20% higher than client requirement, especially in the tear resistance and elongation properties. These properties are very important especially met earthquake or other Force Majeure natural disaster risk. The HDPE geomembran liner can effective provide a buffer layer.

The leachate collection and removal system for double-lined waste piles and landfills specifically require that the system be designed and operated to ensure that the leachate depth over the primary liner does not exceed 300mm. The system must also be resistant chemically to waste and leachate, sufficiently strong to withstand landfill loadings, and be protective from excessive clogging. Client make a little adjustment on original design by our engineer’s advise. Now the project was started and waiting for the arrival of BPM HDPE geomembrane Liner.
